Q: Is there a membership fee or sign up fee to experience these great prices ?

A:  NO - We do not charge a membership or sign up fee at Retail is for Dummies.. All you need to do is shop on our site, add items to your cart, and check out when you are ready for us to process your order.  It's that simple.


Q: Are your products new or reconditioned?

A: 95% of our products are new. If something is reconditioned, our Factory Renewed Logo will appear in the Detailed page of the merchandise.


Q: What if I order an item and it's not in stock?

A:  Every attempt is made to be certain your order item is in stock. Retail is for Dummies will notify you immediately if items are not in stock.  We will refund the purchase price or give you the opportunity to select a different item.  Most times if an item is not in stock it will be re-stocked at a later date.


Q: How long does it take to process & ship orders?

A: All orders received Monday thru Friday prior to 2:00 p.m. EST will be processed the next business day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday, will be processed on the following Tuesday due to the high volume incurred from the weekend. International orders may be delayed one business day. Military, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico orders being shipped via the US Postal Service will be delayed one business day.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we ship internationally to Canada only. This is due to international credit card & PayPal Fraud.  Be advised when shipping to Canada,  a Duty/Brokers fee will be owed upon delivery per UPS International.  The shipping rate to Canada is a flat $15.00.

Q: How can I pay for my order?

A: We accept payment via Credit Cards through PayPal www.paypal.com only.  Paypal is free and easy to join.
